The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker with built-in grinder, leaves nothing to be desired. Dining area, sofa, and flat-screen TV with cable. Patio, ideal for breakfast in the morning sun. Bathroom with sink, towel warmer, hair dryer, toilet, and walk-in shower. Exterior roller shades on all windows and fly screens in the bedrooms. View of the stork’s nest from the courtyard. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9,3010.00.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 2.00 EUR per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged separately on-site. Beverage and bread roll service, a breakfast buffet, a washing machine, a dryer, and a sauna can be booked on-site for a fee. Towels, bed linens, parking, and bicycle storage are included in the price.
