Welcome to Landhaus Vogelsang.
Since 2020, we’ve been offering two private guest rooms with private bathrooms and breakfast, which are now complemented by this vacation rental with its own entrance. Starting on 11.04.2023, the vacation apartment will be ready for occupancy and offers everything you need for a break from everyday life across two floors: a private kitchen with a dining area and a private bathroom on the first floor, as well as a small terrace right outside the front door. A living/sleeping area is located on the upper floor.
Its proximity to the nature reserve and several bike trails makes the location very attractive.
The Accommodation
The apartment is spread over the first floor and the first floor. Downstairs is the entrance via a pretty little terrace. It is furnished with a table, two chairs, and a parasol, as well as a few flower pots that also provide privacy in the summer. The premises are equipped with an alarm system, and the entryway is illuminated by a motion-activated light. Downstairs are the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. If you happen to be missing anything, please feel free to contact us at any time.
The bathroom features a marble vanity with a real wood vanity cabinet. The shower has a fold-down door, providing enough space for two people in the bathroom. The bathroom does not have natural light but is equipped with an exhaust fan.
The dining area is set up for two people but can be expanded.

Upstairs is a living and sleeping area.
The comfortable 1.40-meter bed with a very good mattress definitely invites you to sleep in and relax. A wardrobe and two nightstands are available, as well as a few classic board games and reading materials. A sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, two chairs, a coffee table, and a display cabinet complete the space.

Upon request, it’s possible to add another guest. Accommodations are available on the sleeper sofa. Cost: 25 euros per person per night. Please contact us in advance.

The accommodations are very quiet. Thanks to triple-glazed windows, the rooms are not only fantastically insulated but also keep outside noise out. The windows upstairs, as well as the front door, are equipped with mosquito screens, so you can let in fresh air even at night.

The ceiling height on the upper floor is 1.95 meters.
The staircase is equipped with a handrail.
Pets are allowed, but only after prior consultation.
Guest access
The accommodation has its own entrance area. Upon check-in, you will receive a key and the chip to disarm the alarm system. If we are not there upon your arrival, you can check in using the code box!

If you decide to book breakfast, it will be served in the vacation rental at the time of your choice.
Additional important information
If you’d like to book breakfast, the cost is 15 euros per person; for groups of two or more, the cost is 12 euros per person.

* You may bring your dog. There is a fee of 7€ per night. For longer stays, the price may be reduced upon request. Bringing your pet is permitted ONLY by prior arrangement. Furthermore, the dog is not allowed on the bed, sofa, or in the shower. In case of non-compliance, we will charge
