M2-living Studio No.4 - Meeresrauschen im Ohr!

The duplex vacation apartment accommodates up to three people and offers a light-filled, spacious feel with a clean, minimalist design across two levels.

The lower level features an open-concept kitchen and living area—a space for cooking together, reading, or relaxing after a day at the beach. The simple elegance of the furnishings combines functionality with a subtle touch of luxury.

The integrated sleeping area complements the level harmoniously. The bathroom features modern amenities and includes a shower. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable warmth year-round.

A staircase leads to the upper area under the roof, where there is space for another bed. This creates a special retreat with a view of the sky—quiet, secluded, and atmospheric.

The south-facing balcony invites you to start the day with fresh Baltic Sea air or wind it down in the evening with a glass of wine.

Prerow’s beach and pier are just a few minutes away. The Darß Forest and the Bodden landscape are also nearby, making the vacation rental an ideal starting point for walks and bike rides.

A beachfront vacation rental in Prerow for 3 people—modern, light-filled, and ideal for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation on the Darß Peninsula.
