This 75 m² property features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (convertible into two singles), a cot for a child up to 3 years old, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 2 adults plus 1 child. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), dishwasher, and fans in every room. Washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room shared with another property.



The outdoor area offers a fenced pool (open from 10:00 to 20:00), garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. A hot tub is accessible on request. Siena is about 10 minutes away. The property has 6 parking spaces. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Guests receive a welcome basket on arrival. Air conditioning is not available. Childcare is available. Beach and pool towels are provided.



You can book activities such as truffle hunting (available from October 2024), horse riding lessons, and more. The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is available on site. Pellet stove heating is available for an extra fee based on consumption. A tourist tax applies and must be paid on site.
