The approximately 70 m² non-smoking apartment accommodates up to four people and is bright,
welcoming, and designed with a lot of heart. An ideal starting point for all kinds of activities.

Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation rental, freshly renovated in February 2026,
located on the upper floor of a charming single-family home built in 1938.
Located on a quiet residential street in the green southern part of Cottbus, a cozy
retreat awaits you—designed with great attention to detail,
perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and feeling at ease.

Kitchen
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy meals together.
Staples such as oil, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, and spices are provided for you
so you can feel right at home from the very first moment.

Living Room
In the spacious living room, a comfortable sofa set along with a reading chair creates
a cozy atmosphere. Whether you’re watching TV, browsing through a book, or enjoying a game night with the family, this is a wonderful place to relax. An extra bed provides an additional sleeping option.
A TV, DVD player (with a variety of movies, including children’s films), board games, and
books are available for your entertainment.

Bedroom
The master bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds, a large closet, and
a crib. For the little ones, a travel crib with a
sleeping bag can also be provided at any time.
The second bedroom is located in the converted attic and is accessible via a narrow
staircase. This cozy room is particularly well-suited for older children or guests
who would like some privacy.
Please note that it can get a bit warmer under the roof in the summer—but an
air conditioner ensures pleasant cooling.

Bathroom
The bright bathroom features a bathtub, a toilet, as well as towels, a hair dryer, and
various toiletries. After a long day, the bathtub is the perfect place to relax—
—ideal for families with children or guests who enjoy a cozy atmosphere.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
