⚓️ Step back in time to the turn of the century and experience the spirit of that era in all its facets on the bel étage of our beautiful Gründerzeit-style house.
Here, on the first floor of the building, this historical era blends seamlessly with all the modern amenities across 90 m².

These include, for example:

A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (including a pod machine), toaster, etc., featuring a cozy beach chair in a North Sea ambiance. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small balcony.

Five full-size beds are available in the vacation apartment, including a king-size double bed in the master bedroom and two beds in the children’s room with pull-out drawers.

The children’s room is especially popular with younger guests. A prince/princess bed and a pirate bed invite children to linger and play in the spacious room. A small fold-out desk is available for painting and crafts.

The living room stands out with its Wilhelminian-style design, featuring a cozy, large-size sofa set and a modern electric fireplace.
Here, you can relax and wind down after an exciting day at the beach or a stroll through town. The room also features a large-screen Smart TV.

To make your oasis complete, various Amazon speakers are available, which can of course be turned off. These are located in the kitchen, the bathroom, and the living room—an Echo Show in the kitchen and Amazon Kids in the children’s room. The TV in the bedroom is also smart-enabled. Both TVs run on the Waipu.TV platform, which offers an extensive video and media library.
With the Amazon devices, you can control the lights in the kitchen and bathroom via voice commands to suit your personal preferences.

Wi-Fi with its own router provides internet access throughout the entire apartment. The suite is therefore also well-suited as a home office workspace.
The house is located right next to Wilhelmshaven’s expansive spa park. You can reach the Südstrand—Wilhelmshaven’s tourist hotspot with its numerous attractions, such as the German Maritime Museum and the aquarium—in just a few minutes’ walk through this green belt (about 2,000 meters).
Thanks to the key box attached to the house, you can arrive at any time. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house. There are also various shopping options nearby, as well as the city center (about 1,500 meters).

The minimum stay is generally two nights.
Maximum occupancy: 5 people.
To accommodate guests with allergies, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The final cleaning package for 69 euros must be booked separately (one-time fee).
The same applies to the bed linen and towel package per person.
The price is per unit and per night for two people.
Includes a hygiene starter kit.
Utilities and water costs are included.
Each additional person is charged an extra 15 euros per night; children under 2 years of age are not charged extra.
