Enjoy a beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool and green area, ideal for a holiday with the whole family! Villa Smokvica for up to 4+2 guests offers you many activities during your holiday. During the warm summer days, some guests will spend their days in the private pool, while others will find their refuge reading a book and relaxing on the sun loungers. Outside, you will find a spacious terrace and a covered area with a dining table for al fresco dining.

As this holiday home is a single-storey house, all rooms and facilities are immediately accessible, making the holiday particularly enjoyable for families with small children. The open-plan layout of the living room, dining room and kitchen creates a spacious and bright room, surrounded on three sides by large windows and offering direct access to the terrace. Continuing the interior are two modern bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is an additional sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.

The villa also offers many board games for children and adults, perfect for playing together in the evening. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy a game of football on the lawn and badminton.

Groups of younger adults (under 25) are not permitted in the villa.
