The guest apartment by the lake – Suite Maritim is a fully separate ground-floor unit in Neuenkirchen at Offlumer See, with its own private entrance and step-free access. The 30 m² studio accommodates up to 2 guests; a third person can optionally stay on the sofa bed in the living area.



The open layout features a sleeping alcove with a double bed (160 x 195 cm) and a power outlet nearby, plus a living area with sofa bed, ethanol fireplace, and desk. Wooden/parquet floors, wardrobe, clothes rack, drying rack, and mosquito net are provided.



The kitchenette is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee supplies, and kitchen utensils. Dining table for up to 3 people.



Bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, and free toiletries; towels and bed linen included.



High-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and streaming services (own account included), and radio.



Private, screened terrace with garden furniture, outdoor dining area, and grill; bicycle storage in the courtyard.



Family-friendly: high chair, socket covers, board games. Two rental bikes free of charge. Pets allowed on request (for an extra fee).
