You have a private parking space (No. 5) inside the communal courtyard. The beaches, with two swimming areas, are just a one-minute walk away. Arrival is autonomous via a key box. The house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, coffee maker, microwave, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, bed linen and towels included, soap, shower gel, cleaning products, beach kit (umbrella, diving goggles, portable cooler), clothesline, and a baby cot available on request. There is a nearby restaurant with sea views. It is a very quiet and family-friendly place, fully equipped, and located near Menorca airport. The famous Camí de Cavalls trail, which runs along the entire coast of the island, passes 100 meters from the house. You can take a walk or bike ride from Canutells to the virgin cove of Cales Coves, ideal for swimming and eating there. Waste collection is door-to-door and sorted by type according to the day; you will find the relevant information on the fridge. In summer there is public transport to Mahón four times a day, although it is recommended to rent a car to explore the island. To use the electric oven, you need to activate the switch in the room. There is an outdoor hose to clean off sand before entering.
