This charming terraced house offers 124 m² of comfortable living space, providing ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday with up to five guests.

On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for easy self-catering. Also on this level are a shower bathroom and the cozy living and dining area with direct access to the private terrace. Here, you can enjoy sunny hours in the traditional beach chair or on the comfortable garden furniture while breathing in the fresh North Sea air.

Upstairs, there is another shower bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two single beds – ideal for families or small groups. For your convenience, the house also offers Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, hairdryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, a small selection of board games for all ages, as well as a private parking space.

The location is perfect for nature lovers and island explorers: the impressive Ellenbogen can easily be reached by bicycle and invites you to enjoy unique natural surroundings. In List, you will also find the Naturgewalten Sylt, a variety of boat tours, numerous restaurants and cafés, as well as attractive shopping opportunities. The well-known cycling path from List via Kampen to Westerland leads you through picturesque heath and dune landscapes – perfect for unforgettable bike tours.
