This bright and welcoming apartment features a modern living/dining area with an open kitchen and a cozy double bedroom with a direct ocean view—accommodating up to 2 people. A second, air-conditioned bedroom is available as an option.
The highlight is the approximately 28 m² sun terrace, which is partially covered. It offers not only shade but also a spectacular panoramic view of the open sea. Enter the apartment through the floor-to-ceiling sliding door directly from this terrace and start every day with breakfast against this unique backdrop.

Enjoy the amenities of the complex practically right on your doorstep: whether you opt for a refreshing swim in the ocean via the residence’s private access or prefer to relax in the communal pool—both are just a few steps away. The latter is accompanied by a restaurant with a spectacular ocean view. The excellent amenities also include two additional restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket for last-minute shopping, though it remains closed from November through March.

The outstanding location extends to the surrounding area: Both the magnificent sandy beaches of Paguera and the picturesque pebble cove of Cala Fornells are within a pleasant walking distance. The same goes for the lively town center with its diverse selection of restaurants and shops.

(with a throw blanket); these photos will be replaced. Cala Fornells is a quiet town right next to Paguera. The town center and the beaches of Paguera are within easy walking distance and offer everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Along the promenade, you’ll find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafés serving international and local cuisine. You’ll also find many charming cafés and restaurants along the various beach promenades, offering views of the sea and the beach in front of them. Cala Fornells itself has a small cove with fairly coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. There’s also space on the large stone terraces to sunbathe. A short walk through a small wooded area leads to other beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

Included in the one-time service fee are:
Linen packages (maximum 2) for the master bedroom (towels, bed linens), final cleaning, check-in/check-out, on-site contact person, water, electricity, and tourist tax.
* Arrival and departure are possible any day of the week.
* For check-in/check-out between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as well as on December 24 (after 5:00 PM), December 31 (after 5:00 PM), and January 1 (before 11:00 a.m.), an additional fee of 50 euros applies.
* Payment terms: Deposit via bank transfer; remaining balance and security deposit in cash upon check-in
