Vacation rental starting at 9 € per person depending on the season and occupancy, or starting at 29 € per day depending on the season, regardless of the number of people.

Please note: The booking period is always Saturday to Saturday, meaning the apartment can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday (7, 14, 21, or 28 days); however, you may arrive on Sunday or depart early, but the booking period is always 7 days.

There are several beaches in the immediate vicinity (accessible on foot, by bike, or by car).

Our house has two vacation apartments on the first floor. Both apartments are nearly identical. Each apartment is approximately 60 m² and features a large bedroom, a kitchen-diner, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a large balcony measuring approximately 15 m².

The large kitchen-living room features a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, large dishwasher, ceramic-top stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker), a dining table with four chairs, a sleeper sofa, and a large 102 cm flat-screen TV.

The large bedroom features a double bed, a five-year-old wardrobe, a children’s bed, and a crib. A changing table is also provided.

The renovated bathroom features a modern glass shower.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating. There are blinds in front of the windows. The skylights have blackout blinds.

Fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi have been available since June 2025.

Depending on the season, the large balcony features a large wooden table with four wooden chairs and a parasol. Cushions are provided.
There is also a charcoal grill and a sun lounger.

The sandy beach can be reached either on foot or by bike along a path through the fields (approx. 700 m) or by car to the parking lot at Nordstrand.
The approximately 9 km long sandy beach at Schaabe is accessible by bike or car.

In the immediate vicinity are Cape Arkona with its chalk cliffs and the fishing village of Vitt (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Both are within walking distance.
There are hiking trails right by the sea.
There are several sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity.
By car, there are countless sights to see all over the island.
