Completed in 2024, this vacation home offers 96 square meters of space, enough to accommodate up to 6 people. The first floor features a guest restroom, an utility and storage room, a coat closet, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The upper floor houses three separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a rainforest shower and a bathtub. Outside, guests will find a spacious, 28-square-meter covered terrace with protection from the wind and prying eyes. The garden is completely surrounded by a 1.8-meter-high fence and provides access to a path leading to a private beach for the 111 owners. In the front yard, there is a shed that is ideal for charging e-bikes or storing other items.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a three-seater and a two-seater sofa set; together, they offer four reclining functions for relaxation. A small table is available for setting down drinks or snacks, and there is a selection of board games for entertaining evenings. An impressive 75-inch Samsung Smart TV rounds out the living room and offers top-notch entertainment options.

In the dining room, you’ll find 6 sturdy cantilever chairs as well as a spacious dining table measuring 2 meters long by 1 meter wide. For background music, a Sonos speaker is available, which can be conveniently controlled via an app.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. This includes a fully automatic coffee machine as well as a traditional drip coffee maker, a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and toaster. The kitchen is also equipped with enough dishes, glasses, and silverware for 6 people. Dishwasher tabs and coffee are included in the price so you can enjoy your stay worry-free.

The bedrooms offer the highest level of sleeping comfort with a 1.80 x 2-meter double bed, a wardrobe, nightstands, and 55-inch Samsung Smart TVs with satellite HD. Another bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.9 x 2 meters), dressers, nightstands, and children’s toys.

The vacation home offers modern amenities, including a 500 Mbit fiber-optic connection for fast internet browsing, free access to Netflix, and live broadcasts of Bundesliga soccer games on weekends. A washer and dryer are available in the utility and storage room, along with laundry detergent tabs.

The entire house is equipped with a ventilation system and underfloor heating to ensure a comfortable indoor climate. A black-and-white Wi-Fi printer is available for office use, and laptops can be connected via LAN in both a bedroom and the living room.
