The bright living area with an integrated kitchenette is perfect for sharing vacation moments and relaxing together. The apartment has two separate bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with a double bed and an additional sofa bed—ideal for families or small travel groups.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a toilet, offering additional comfort during your stay. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the common area of the underground parking garage. The apartment also includes underground parking space No. 09.

A special highlight: The swimming pool and sauna at the neighboring recreation center are available during their respective opening hours—and for some apartments, even free of charge.
