Claas Vacation Apartment<br>—Here, you're truly on the sunny side

Our largest vacation rental at “Haus Schwalbennest” is furnished in a country house style. The “Claas” vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to six people and a baby in its 100 square meters of living space. Renovated as recently as 2014, this vacation rental features all kinds of modern amenities. The apartment is located in the basement and is bright and inviting.
It features four bedrooms, a spacious living area, and two bathrooms with showers, toilets, and hair dryers. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds; the other two are single bedrooms. One of them also features an HD TV.

The living room features a cozy sofa set that seats six people in front of the HD TV. A modern stereo system with a DVD player is available. The open layout connecting the living room to the kitchen gives the space a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. You’ll find a spacious dining area with six chairs and a high chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, an oven, microwave, and dishwasher—leaving nothing to be desired.

In addition to the six guests, the apartment is also equipped to accommodate a small child (0–3 years old). The crib and changing table are located in the parents’ bedroom, separated only by a room divider.
A washer and dryer are available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Short stays of fewer than 7 or 5 nights are possible for a one-time flat fee for short stays of 100.00 EUR.
For stays of 15 or more nights, we offer a discount of 10.- EUR per night.
