The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a living room with a balcony and lake view, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and satellite TV.

V A C A T I O N A P A R T M E N T S: for two to three people
The vacation apartments are fully furnished, spacious, and feature a balcony with a lake view.
The apartments consist of a bedroom, a shower room, an entryway, and a kitchen-living room.
Bedding, towels, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi are provided. Also included are a parking space, a sunbathing lawn, the Millstätter
Inclusive Card, and an electric grill.
The nearest swimming beach (Dellach) is a two-minute drive away, and Millstatt is six minutes away.

Apartment for 3 people:
Kitchen-living room, bathroom, one single room, one double room, living room, and balcony with a lake view.


Apartment for 2 people:
Kitchen-living room, bathroom, balcony with lake view, and one double bedroom


Payment: Three nights’ payment in advance via bank transfer; the remainder also via bank transfer before the start of your vacation or in cash upon arrival.
No pets
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but is allowed on the balcony and outside the house.



On-site costs: Accommodation without meals. Included: Millstätter See Inklusivcard; bed linens; kitchen towels; bath towels; electricity; water; Wi-Fi; parking; Payment: in advance via bank transfer and cash payment on the day of arrival



Check-in is possible from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 09:00.
