There was something for everybody. There were water toys, bikes, arcade games, and plenty of TVs so everyone could watch what they wanted if they needed space from the group. The only problem we had was it was not ready for check in at 4. The cleaning crea was still there.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This house was much better than we expected. We had 10 people and the house provided us with enough space. We also brought dogs and they were very comfortable. The location is is around everything you need. They have a grocery store around the corner. They got pickle ball courts, restaurants and bear lake just a short drive away. We will definitely come back next year.

This place was immaculate and so comfortable. Everything you could think of was included and the place was amazingly well stocked - including for our dog.

Bear Lake Getaway

The property was a perfect place for our family to gather. It was equipped with everything you would need for a fun beach getaway and is located within easy walking distance to beach, many activities, grocery store etc. We would recommend this property.

There was lots of space. The home was clean and in great shape. The location is great. There were lots of options of extra toys and other fun things to use.

Very nice Would like higher toilets. Us 70 year olds had a hard time.

The good,bad & ugly! Location is great and there are tons of things to do games, video games & lots of beach items & games. Our kids enjoyed the bikes and went on several evening bike rides, which was super fun Hi The bad it’s dirty! Our feet were black from walking bare foot on the floors, the bath mats were filthy, stuff up the wall in bathroom, dirty glasses, many little bugs upstairs but the worst was the pillow that has blood all over the end of it & the toe nail on the futon! The ugly we have a severly disbled child & we asked if there was anyway we could check in a hour early or bring his meds and IV food to refrigerate so they didn’t go bad bc it was almost 100. I was told NO to both request no exceptions so we adjusted our trip to arrive at 4 which is an hour later check in then any place we have stayed in 8 yrs! The communication was not good at all of the hosts. We had a very severe issue and did not hear back from anyone for two days. I would say that Home is probably the least desirable place. We’ve stayed at ever in Bear and we sadly would have to say we do not recommend.

Clean, Comfortable, Modern home

This was a great house. My kids loved the video games provided, and we took advantage of the inflatable paddle-boards provided as well. Super convenient for groceries as it's a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Pickleball supplies also provided, with public courts less than a mile away. Sadly we ran out of time and did not get a chance to try them out. The Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. My kids felt very bougie with the bidet attachment on the master toilet.

First visit to Bear Lake...but not our last :)

We had such a great time vacationing in Garden City. The property was perfect for our family of 6. Each of the 3 couples (one with a baby) had their own room. The property had everything we needed and more. We were grateful that they would allow dogs. Even though we were prepared with our own crate, blankets, food dishes and leash - it was nice that the property had necessary items, too. When we arrived, the garbage was completely full and would not be emptied until our departure day. We contacted guest services, and the sent someone over within the hour to empty it. Overall it was one of the best places we have stayed.

June Getaway to the Lake

This property was wonderful. It was in a great location and walkable to the grocery store. It was a very quiet neighborhood and felt safe! My only two complaints is the upstairs is so hot. The master has a ceiling fan but the other two rooms do not it would be nice to add an oscillating fan. The a/c had to run for hours to cool it off! The other one is the two guest rooms do not have shade on the upper windows so when the sun comes up it's bright in each room which made it hard to sleep past 6am. Other than those the place was fantastic. They had things I didn't even think I would need, and they had a big basket full of dog stuff for my dog! Absolutely recommend!
