At the Ulrichsgrün vacation village, you’ll find vacation homes and apartments for 2–6 people. The resort is located about 2 km from Waldmünchen, above the Ulrichsgrün district on an unspoiled property on a south-facing slope. It’s only a few kilometers to the Czech border. The minimum stay during peak season is 7 days; rental rates are available upon request. The resort is open year-round. The AquaFit water park with a sauna area is 1 km away, and swimming and fishing at Perlsee are about 2 km away. The Althütte ski lift (well-suited for beginners) is just 3 km away. Hallway, living room, kitchenette with dining area, double room, bedroom with double beds or 2 single beds, bathroom or shower/toilet. Terrace. Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A deposit of 30–50% may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed. (Please notify us in advance; up to 2 pets per house; cost: 8.00 EUR per day per pet.) A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (for a fee of 5.00 EUR per day). A tourist tax of 1.30 EUR per person per night is payable on-site; children ages 6–17 receive a reduced rate of 0.50 EUR per day; children under 6 are free. A security deposit of 100.00 EUR must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded in cash upon departure after offsetting any utility charges. Bread roll service available upon request. Towels: 2.00 EUR each; high chair: 18.00 EUR per week; bed linen change: 8.00 EUR per person. Utilities (electricity and heat) are billed according to consumption at the local rate.
