The flat is situated on the upper floor of a two-flat house – access is via the staircase. Inside, a hallway leads to all the rooms.
In the living room, you’ll find an antique dining table with four chairs – ideal for cosy meals – a lounge area with a sofa, a fireplace and international TV, and a piano. The new sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two people. The piano is the namesake of this attractive holiday flat and can be played by musical guests.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the balcony. Enjoy your breakfast with a view of the green hills and the lake.
Two spacious double bedrooms await you. Both face the garden and offer plenty of sunlight through the large windows. The comfortable double beds invite you to enjoy restful nights.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, washbasin, WC, bidet and towel warmer.
From the large balcony facing the lake, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Gravedona and Lake Como. A perfect place to end the day.
The furniture in the flat is a mix of antique mahogany pieces and modern elements. Real wooden parquet flooring has been laid in the bedrooms, while the hallway and living room are tiled with Lombard tiles.

The television only has Italian channels, but there is an HDMI port available for connecting to a laptop.

There is ample public parking below the house. The driveway can be used for loading and unloading by arrangement with the guests of the lower flat.

Charging e-cars at the domicile is not permitted. Nearest public e-car charging station approx. 500 m away.

In Gravedona on Lake Como you will find shallow, child-friendly beaches with sweeping views to the south.
There is a small lido with a kiosk and toilets at the mouth of the river.
Brenzio is a charming mountain village above Gravedona on Lake Como and offers an ideal setting for sports and wellness activities. The surrounding nature is ideal for various outdoor sports, including hiking and mountain biking. For example, there is a mountain bike route from Gravedona to Bondone, which runs along quiet roads along the sunny slopes and offers magnificent views of northern Lake Como.
