PIA Vacation Home:

The PIA vacation home is located in a quiet area about a 5-minute walk from the town center and is fully equipped for your family vacation. Kitchen appliances—including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer—as well as dishes, glasses, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and much more are all provided.
Bicycles, a TV, Wi-Fi, and games are also available for your leisure time.



On-site costs: The price for using the vacation home is €210.00 per day during the high season.A deposit of 30% of the total price is due upon booking and must be paid into the account: Pia Lechner Easy Bank AT79 1420 0200 1105 1473, which confirms the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before key or house handover via bank transfer to the deposit account.For groups of more than 6 people, subject to prior consultation, a surcharge of €10.00 per day applies. The minimum rental period is 7 days, beginning on a Saturday.Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The final cleaning fee is currently a one-time charge of €140 and is payable on site. The current statutory local tax is €4.50 per person per day and is included in the total price. Please also note the house rules posted on-site, which must be observed.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
