If you choose to spend your winter vacation in our region, you’ll enjoy a relaxing yet active winter getaway at an exceptionally attractive price. The location of our Goldeck ski mountain on the southern side of the Alps guarantees winter fun to the fullest on Austria’s sunniest ski mountain. The Goldeck is the best choice if you want to leave all your ski gear at the valley station and enjoy the rest of the day without heavy boots and clothing.

Within a 30-km radius are three other major ski areas: “Bad Kleinkirchheim-St. Oswald,” Ankogel, and “Katschberg,” and the world-famous Obertauern ski and training center, as well as the highest-altitude ski resort, the Mölltaler Glacier, are also only about a 45-minute drive away.

Free ski shuttles ensure a stress-free trip to the ski resorts (except Obertauern), allowing you to safely enjoy après-ski after a day on the slopes.

Discounts on skiing:
As a member of the Winter Group, we offer our winter vacationers various benefits. With the Carinthia and Goldeck ski passes, our guests receive attractive discounts on the regular retail prices for multi-day passes. In addition, children ski for free after January 8 when an adult ski pass is booked for them. Younger children of preschool age can also use the slopes for free, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid one-day ski pass.

The vacation homes are situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest on a sunny slope above Seeboden, with direct access to an extensive network of hiking and biking trails.

Eschenweg Vacation Rental:

The vacation apartments are located in the buildings at Eschenweg 17 (Kristin, Susanne on the 1st floor) and 19 (Angelina on the 2nd floor). All apartments are modern and fully equipped, featuring a south-facing balcony, an entryway, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests (with 2 additional fold-out beds, our largest apartment, Angelina, can accommodate up to 8 people). For our youngest guests, we also offer 2 travel cribs, a changing pad, and high chairs. Each apartment also features 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Bed linens, hand towels, dish towels, and soap are provided by the landlord.
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement of each of our two vacation homes.
There is also an indoor swimming pool in each basement for shared use (open from June through September).
House 19 also features a sauna, which you are welcome to use.

On-site costs: Included services: Electricity, bed linens, hand towels and dish towels, unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV, table tennis, pool, and a bread roll delivery service.In addition, we provide you with 2 e-bikes free of charge and are happy to invite our guests on a sailing trip on Lake Millstatt. All vacation apartments consist of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom with a double bed, an entryway, a shower with a toilet, a large south-facing balcony (1 facing southwest), and a parking space. The living room features a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette; in the basement, there is 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, and the pool (open from June through September).We live in the same building and are happy to assist you during your vacation to ensure your stay is pleasant and relaxing. For breakfast, we’ll deliver fresh rolls from the bakery daily upon request. Pets are not allowed (possible upon request, €5/day, food not included). Smoking is permitted on the balcony.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 11:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
