Perfect Location... This quaint Timbernest condominium complex, of only 24 total units, offers a premiere location in the majestic, fun-filled village of Breckenridge, Colorado, where you can find World-Class skiing and snowboarding (an hour and a half from Denver International Airport or an hour from Eagle, Colorado airport).

Our condo is nestled at the base of Peak 9, only 250 yards from the Quicksilver Lift (at one point was the World's Fastest Lift), and 300 yards to downtown Breckenridge. It is located on the ground floor (the picture above shows our ground floor entrance), so NO STAIRS or ELEVATORS! Families with small children or older family members will especially appreciate not lugging equipment & baggage up and down stairs.

Forget about the car once here, our Timbernest condominium is located near the FREE bus route with stops around Breckenridge, and connections to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Frisco. Driving distance to nearby resorts: 20 minutes to Copper Mtn, 30 minutes to Vail, 30 minutes to Loveland, one hour to Winter Park, and 1.5 hours to Steamboat.

ENJOY YOURSELF. Visit the superb restaurants and unique shops of downtown Breckenridge. Play all day and then relax in the outdoor hot tubs. Warm up near the fireplace and watch cable television or perhaps a movie. A movie library (over 30 movies) and various board games are provided in the unit. If you enjoy shopping, the Silverthorne Outlet Mall is only 12 miles away.

This unique and extraordinary condominium has been completed with traditional decor, it is truly your home-away-from-home. It can comfortably accommodate up to six people (queen-size bed, bunk beds, and queen-size convertible sofa sleeper). You can comfortably seat six people at the dining table and seat four at the kitchen bar.

Our condo is perfect for a family vacation or even a cozy weekend for one or two couples. This is a lovely condominium that is ideal for that fun vacation you have always wanted. Enjoy the tranquility of this mountain getaway. You will be happy you stayed with us!

Good communication with the host. Great Location to ski lift and to town. Hot Tubs were much needed and were very close to the unit. Bathrooms are a little dated but served their function well. It was nice to have a 2nd restroom as well. Overall, I would stay here again. Thanks Eric!

Great condo for a ski trip! Easy walk to quicksilver lift. "1 breath walk to the hot tubs" as measured by my kids. Inside the condo is everything we wanted from pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker to board games, ski storage and a fireplace. Not super fancy but very functional. would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfectā€”so close to downtown, making it easy to walk, explore, eat, and enjoy everything the area has to offer.The condo itself was very well stocked and thoughtfully prepared. One small moment that really stood out: we opened a bottle of wine only to realize it had a corkā€”and thankfully, there was a corkscrew available. Those little details truly made us feel at home.Mornings were our favorite. Waking up, sipping coffee, and enjoying the crisp morning air with beautiful views was peaceful and unforgettable. It was the perfect way to start each day.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay.

Great location! We didnā€™t at all mind that it was a little dated, weā€™re all about practicality, and that it was! It was fully furnished with everything we needed! The only two things I would mention are:We assumed (by the pictures) that the washer & dryer are located within the unit, they are not. However, they are located just down the hall and the host provides laundry baskets. Also, the instruction sheet provided on the front door is not up to date. However, the host does provide you with an up to date instruction sheet via email. Overall, very good experience!

Manage Expectations.

Disappointing bedding situation, coupled with overall discomfort. Purposely left a day early. Lodging provided is commensurate with low pricing compared to other condos in the area. Outdated uncomfortably small bathroom & half bath, kitchen, window/slider shades. Missing 5 pillowcases on the beds' very old, foam pillows; requested pillowcases of the owner, which led into a back & forth about how the cleaners said they put pillowcases on, and what I'm witnessing must be mistaken. Then promised to deliver pillowcases the next day; they never arrived. Bedding was uncomfortable. Would NOT recommend, despite great pricing and location.All that said, terrific location; walk to Peak 9, hot tubs and Main Street.

Perfect Location and Exactly What I Expected

This quaint rental was very clean upon arrival, fully furnished with everything I needed for my stay and within walking distance to Peak 9! Access to the community hot tubs was a plus for after ski relaxing. Is the condo fully updated, no...but for the price I paid, this condo was perfect!

Quick Winter Escape

We had a wonderful stay at Mark's property! The condo was small and perfect for my husband and I. Being able to unload our car right through the balcony door was perfect and we were a quick walk to the lifts and town. We would definitely stay again when in town.

Great walking distance to quieter peak 9

This was a great place to stay for our family. The place had everything we needed. It was walking distance to peak 9, which was perfect for our first time in Breck. If you are looking for Boujee and in The center of action, this may not be the place for you. There is a beautiful winter wonderland trail nearby and a fox visited us every evening, curious with our snowmanā€™s accessories. Good communication with the owner. The place was warm and energy efficient. The kitchen was well appointed. We cooked 3 meals a day and did not have any issues finding the right utensils. Also, we were able to park right outside our balcony door.

Convenient, good value

This condo is a short walk to the lift as well as restaurants and stores at the village. You do have to be realistic in your expectations given the price... these are not luxury accommodations, but it's had everything we needed. Easy access to the mountain, adequate parking, place to hang and dry your gear, fireplace, laundry etc. I'll definitely look for this place next time I'm in Breckenridge.

My wife & I bought our Breckenridge Condo as a gift to each other for our wedding in 1997 and have enjoyed it for many years. Our children have each learned how to ski (and sled) here and hope they teach their kids while staying there in years to come.

We selected Breckenridge because we wanted a true town, along with world-class skiing. We chose this location due to the close proximity to the ski lift, downtown, and hiking across the street. We come to Breckenridge from Denver in our car and rarely get in it again once we arrive. There have been many times we have discussed getting another condo further away that can hold 3 or more families... but our location just keeps talking us out of it!
