The vacation rental is located in Hoetmar, known as the “Golden Village,” centrally situated in the Warendorf district. The house is on a quiet street near the town center. It opens onto a garden in the back. Just a few meters away, the “green” Münsterland region begins, with its fields and meadows. You’ll quickly realize that you’re in “horse country.” Near the stately farms, you’ll often see these proud four-legged friends. Warendorf, known as the “City of Horsemen,” with its beautiful old town and the North Rhine-Westphalia State Stud, is about a 15-minute drive away. The old town is worth a visit any time of year. In addition to numerous shops, a wide variety of culinary options awaits you. Münster’s historic old town and the many bike paths in the green, flat Münsterland region are waiting for you. The entrance to the signposted Münsterland bike path network is only about 100 meters from the vacation rental. Why not take a bike ride through the green countryside to Ennigerloh or Sendenhorst? The center of Sendenhorst is about 7 km away. Shopping options—including a grocery store, beverage shop, bakery, seafood restaurant, pizzeria, and restaurants in Hoetmar—are within easy reach. The 68-square-meter apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, and a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for 5 people, as well as a kitchen and bathroom. A bread roll and breakfast service can be provided upon request.

Guest horse stalls are available for rent just under 4 km away (Triebus-Fallenberg Riding Stables, Ennigerloh). A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The landlords will contact you regarding this. An additional heating surcharge may apply; the landlords will inform you of this!
