The living room doubles as a bedroom and features a cozy double bed that ensures a restful night’s sleep. In addition, there are two comfortable sleeper chairs where two more guests can sleep comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy them together.
Whether you choose a cozy evening for two or a convivial meal with the family—anything is possible here!
The modern bathroom features a shower and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
A highlight of our vacation rental is the balcony, which invites you to relax and soak up the sun.
Enjoy your breakfast here in the sun, or wind down the evening with a glass of regional Moselle wine after an eventful day.
For your convenience, an electronically secured door lock is available, allowing you to check in at any time. You’ll also find free parking right outside the door, so you can conveniently park your car.
In addition, we offer a lockable garage where your bikes can be safely stored. In our laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, you can wash and dry your clothes, ensuring you always have fresh clothes—even during longer stays.

Our two lovingly designed vacation apartments each cover 30 m² and can accommodate up to four people (per apartment).
The central location of our vacation apartments makes them the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area. All shopping options are in the immediate vicinity, and the Moselle River is just a short walk away. Discover the picturesque landscape along the river and visit the historic city of Trier with its numerous sights.
The Triolago recreational lake in Riol is just a few minutes away by car or bike and is a popular destination for families and sunbathers. Here you can swim, sunbathe, or simply relax on the shore.
For water sports enthusiasts, the lake also offers various activities such as pedal boating, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, wakeboarding, and water skiing. These activities are especially popular among adventure seekers and water sports enthusiasts. For children, there are popular recreational activities such as mini-golf, soccer golf, and a toboggan run.
In the area around Schweich, you’ll find numerous restaurants, wine bars, wine taverns, and wineries offering delicious food and drinks.
