Ferienhaus Kölpinsee/Usedom

The non-smoking holiday home for 5 people is located together with six holiday apartments on a plot of 820 m² in a central location. The Baltic Sea beach with beach promenade, restaurants/cafés and the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway station are all within a radius of around 500 m. It is equipped with a living area (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for the 5th person, flat-screen TV, an open-plan kitchenette (dining table, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, dishwasher). There is an open kitchenette (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower/WC.There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, storage space for bicycles and a car parking space. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Free W-LAN is also available.

The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity consumption. Towels must be brought along. A visitor's tax is payable in the Ostseebad Kölpinsee (to be paid on site). Pets are not allowed in this property.



The seaside resort of Kölpinsee is a district of the municipality of Loddin in the central part of the island of Usedom, at the narrow point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Kölpinsee's Baltic Sea beach is wide and particularly fine. At the same time, the village promises peace and relaxation on the inland coast of the Achterwasser and is particularly interesting for anglers due to the fish-rich Kölpinsee. There is a multi-generational playground on the promenade. Various events take place from May to October in the local spa pavilion with a view of Lake Kölpin. There are also restaurants and shops, a riding stable and bicycle, boat and beach chair hire in the village.
