This beautiful and spacious condo is just across the street from the beach and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a heated waterfront pool, fishing docks, BBQ grills, laundry on every floor, and peaceful outdoor spaces to unwind.

The grocery store (Publix) is a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and water activities nearby!

This 1100 sq ft 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom can comfortably sleep 6, comes with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room area that boasts views of the intracoastal ocean, where you can view the sunrise as dolphins and boats pass by. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and the second/guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa.

Kitchen - upgraded kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with all cookware, dining ware, coffee, tea, spices to make all your meals at home.

There is high speed internet and three flat screen TVs with cable and access to streaming services.

Beach supplies such as beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, boogie boards, and floaties are also available in the condo for use.

There is also a pack n' play and highchair available as well.

Guest access
Guests have keyless access to the entire unit and all condo amenities. It is a private unit on the third floor, within a larger complex with an elevator. Amenities: pool, grills, coin/app operated laundry, and boat docks.

- Early check-in only on request and based on availability & occupancy.
- only one parking space included in reservation. Additional visitor parking is available only for 24 hrs. Please, let us know in advance if bringing more than 1 vehicle (paid parking options for $15-20/day may be available)
