Ferienhaus Waren (Müritz)

The holiday home is located separately on the owner's 800 m² residential property in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the town. The town centre and the Müritz are approx. 1.5 km away.



The holiday home extends over two levels. The entrance area and a guest WC are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor is the living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), an open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (2 single beds) and a shower/WC. The house has electric heating in the living room and bathroom.



A furnished terrace, barbecue, carport and W-LAN are available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
