Diek 21 Vacation Home (Front House)

The Diek 21 house, with approximately 100 square meters of living space, was completely renovated in the spring of 2024 and has been sporting a new, modern look since mid-August 2024. It offers wonderful vacation accommodations for up to 8 people, including a toddler, right on the dike.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two double beds (200 cm x 200 cm and 180 cm x 200 cm) and a closet.
The third bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a dresser for storing luggage.

All bedroom, kitchen, and living room windows are equipped with insect screens.

You’ll also find a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is also an utility room with a washing machine.

On the upper floor of the house, which you can reach via a staircase, there is another bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a dresser, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, also featuring a walk-in shower.

The large living room on the upper floor faces the garden and is bright and inviting. The new windows offer a unique view of the South Beach.
The spacious living room invites you to relax with a comfortable corner couch and a smart TV.
The dining area seats up to 8 people and offers a magnificent view of the dunes.

The separate kitchen is also new and comfortably equipped, offering everything your heart desires.

Hidden away from the living and dining area is the staircase leading up to the attic, where a cozy lounge has been created for relaxing.
Here, you can simply read a book on the cozy two-seater sofa, unwind, and enjoy the magnificent view of the South Beach.
If you do need to get some quiet work done, the attic even has a desk and chair.

In front of the house is a small terrace with seating that invites you to linger.

Diek Vacation Home Complex

The vacation homes are located on a quiet side street in the Dorf neighborhood, close to the beach access to the South Beach.
The garden property, featuring old fruit trees, covers 930 square meters and is used as a communal garden. There are two houses on the property: the front house, Diek 21, and the rear house, which contains three vacation apartments—Lüttje Diek 21, Diek 21 Noord, and Diek 21 Süüd—which are also available for rent.

Parking spaces for the tenants’ cars are located on the side of the houses, and there is a storage area for bicycles in the garden shed.
