Your holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Residenz KORMORAN in the Cuxhaven district of Döse,
approx. 150 m or 2 minutes walk from the North Sea and the dike.

The layout of the apartment is evident from the floor plan. The shower room/WC with mirror cabinet and
other equipment is located off the hallway to the left of the apartment entrance door. In the opposite storage room with a large wall shelf over the corner, you will find many additional
kitchen and household items (including vacuum cleaners, pans and pots, toaster, iron/ironing board,
drying rack, toys and much more).
PGJyLz4PGJyLz4The actual living/dining area with integrated kitchenette (with microwave and dishwasher) is connected to the front of the hallway
. The furniture is easy to see in the photos. The parents' sleeping area with a double bed and a large wardrobe is separated from the living/dining area by a room divider.

Towards the terrace on the right is the children's room (where adults
can also sleep) with two separate beds and another wardrobe. Satellite TV, radio and telephone
are of course available.

Your reserved underground parking space (drive through the driveway secured by a roller grille gate, then the
last seat 3-43 at the rear left at a distance of approx. 20 m) is just as much a matter of course as the elevator in every step
stairwell.
PGJyLz4The free swimming pool can be reached in the same building by very short way via staircase or elevator
. The sauna, which is also available, as well as the solarium are subject to a fee in order to
cover part of the cost price.

For the little roommates, there is a children's playground with sandpit, climbing frame, etc. in the courtyard�PGJyLz4on the green underground parking lot ceiling.
