The spacious, furnished balcony is perfect for relaxing outdoors. An infrared sauna right in the apartment ensures special moments of relaxation.
A private parking space is available. Bicycles can be stored securely in the building’s basement; this area is accessible via a staircase.
A washing machine for shared use is available in the basement. There is also a place to hang laundry to dry. There is also a clothes drying rack in the apartment.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked for an additional fee.
Pets are not allowed.
