Welcome to Paradise Coastal Cottage! Under new owner.

Your crew will be comfortable in this spacious and unique stick-built 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath home located inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Our home offers a very open and relaxed feeling—perfect place to come home to after a busy day at the beach or enjoying the many awesome amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer.

The cottage is new furniture it comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a KING bed in the primary bedroom, a QUEEN bed in the second bedroom, and a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have TVs.

Inside, you'll find new light tan leather furniture and curtains, along with an open living and dining area where everyone can gather, relax, and unwind. We hope you'll enjoy our “Home Away from Home!”

The Home

The kitchen has full-size appliances and the basic necessities you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats six, and a standard coffee maker is provided.

The home also includes:

Complimentary Golf Cart

A complimentary golf cart is included with your stay! It makes getting around Ocean Lakes easy and fun. Cruise to the beach, waterpark, pools, activities, dining, or simply enjoy riding around the campground.

Golf cart drivers must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.

The golf cart must remain within Ocean Lakes and may not be driven on public roads or taken outside the campground. Please follow all Ocean Lakes golf cart rules.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground

Ocean Lakes is a gated, family-friendly, beachfront community with approximately a mile of beautiful sandy beach and an incredible variety of activities and amenities.

Depending on the season, guests can enjoy:

Sandy Harbor Waterpark with slides, splash zones and lazy river
Swimming pools
Multiple playgrounds
Basketball and volleyball courts
Cornhole
Bicycle rentals

Activities can include yoga, bingo, tie-dye, ceramics, crafts, games, and more. Some amenities and activities are seasonal and/or require an additional fee.

Location

Paradise Coastal Cottage is located on a quiet corner lot in Ocean Lakes, approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach.

Having the complimentary golf cart makes getting around the resort even easier. You can also walk or ride bicycles throughout the campground.

Parking and Arrival

The cottage has driveway parking for two vehicles.

Ocean Lakes requires a parking pass for vehicles entering the campground. The parking fee is separate from your rental and is established by Ocean Lakes.

When you arrive, you must first stop at the main entrance/gate office before entering the campground. This is where you'll complete the resort's entry process and obtain your parking information and passes.

The entrance can be busy during peak seasons, so please allow extra time when arriving. The gate office is also a great place to pick up a campground map and information about current events, activities, amenities and other services.

Once you've made it through the gate and arrive at Paradise Coastal Cottage, the hectic part is over! Park, get settled and relax. You've made it to the beach!

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire cottage, including the living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, porch, driveway and complimentary golf cart.

You'll also have access to Ocean Lakes amenities available to guests, subject to current resort rules, seasonal availability, operating hours and applicable fees.

Linens and Supplies

Linens are provided for all beds, including the sleeper sofa.

We also provide bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, basic toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and other basic household necessities.

Please bring your own personal toiletries and any specialty items your family may need.

House Rules

We want everyone to have a wonderful stay while respecting the home, our neighbors and Ocean Lakes.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
Dogs 25 lbs or less are permitted with prior approval.
A recent photo of each pet must be submitted for approval before your stay.
Please clean up after your pet and follow all Ocean Lakes pet rules.
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No parties or events.
Please observe Ocean Lakes' midnight community-wide curfew.
Golf cart drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
The golf cart must remain inside Ocean Lakes and may not be driven on public roads.
Please treat our home and furnishings with care.
Guests are responsible for following all current Ocean Lakes rules and regulations.
Pet Information

We are happy to welcome dogs weighing 25 lbs or less, with prior approval.

VRBO does not offer a 25-pound option in its pet settings, so please be aware that our actual maximum weight is 25 lbs.

A recent photo of each pet must be submitted for approval before your stay. Please do not bring a pet without receiving approval first.

Your Host

Paradise Coastal Cottage is a privately owned vacation home that I personally manage. You'll communicate directly with me through VRBO rather than a large property management company.

I'm always available if you have a question, need help finding something, or run into an issue during your stay.

I'll do whatever it takes to make you happy with your stay!
