Apartment L - Holiday apartment at the theater Haus Schill

The apartment is 62 square meters in size, newly renovated, modernly furnished, and accessible via a flight of stairs. The ceiling height is four meters, and the living room features a carved wooden ceiling and ceiling murals. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and equipped with modern appliances. Free Wi-Fi. Freezer space is available in the basement for all guests (one freezer compartment per apartment).

The separate bedroom has two beds measuring 80 x 200 cm each; the bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. All rooms have underfloor heating.

You are welcome to use the beautiful garden—there is also a barbecue area available for your use. A dryer and a washing machine are available in the laundry room in the basement.



The house on Schillstrasse has been renovated several times. The original structure is the eave house with its striking, high gable roof. It dates back to around 1825. In the mid-19th century, an attic was added to the west side. In 1891, the rear of the building was given a new neo-Gothic design featuring a brick tower.

The charming garden, located right on the city wall, invites all guests to relax and enjoy a barbecue.
There is also a large communal rooftop terrace available. From here, you’ll have a fantastic view of the Stralsund Theater.

Parking is available in the nearby parking garages “Am Meeresmuseum” and “Am Hafen.” With a parking discount voucher, you pay just 8.00 euros for 24 hours. The parking garages feature paid electric vehicle charging stations.

Covered bike storage is available in the courtyard area (accessible only to guests).

The Olof-Palme-Platz bus stop for lines 1, 4, and 60 (Night Express) is right outside the door.



Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
