Located on a cul-de-sac, in a very quiet location, the DTV-rated “Comfort” semi-detached house “Stella Maris” faces southwest and is just a few meters from the dike.

This 65-square-meter vacation home is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. A light-filled, fully openable sunroom with underfloor heating, offering a view of and access to the garden as well as the sun corner—which can be automatically shaded—leaves nothing to be desired. An Ovre tiled stove ensures that even on cool evenings, the coziness—whether you’re enjoying a good book from our library or watching a classical concert on DVD—is hard to beat.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything your heart desires —a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, fine china, and much more will leave nothing to be desired.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with Tempur mattresses and top-of-the-line raised Duxian beds, ensuring you enjoy a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. The spacious shower room is also located here. Both the main bathroom and the guest bathroom feature extra-high fixtures designed for seniors. Electric blinds and insect screens throughout the house provide protection from the elements. For our senior guests, our home features a state-of-the-art and safe stairlift (Lifta) from ThyssenKrupp. A travel crib and high chair are available.

For enjoyable time outdoors, our home has lounge chairs, chairs, and a grill. Two modern multi-speed bicycles are available for your physical fitness and for exploring the area. Our house is, of course, equipped with a washer and dryer, ideal for a longer stay. There are no tripping hazards inside the house, making it suitable for walkers.

Massages and wellness services can be booked at the GTZ, the Health and Therapy Center in Friedrichskoog.

Guest Card: In Friedrichskoog, you can obtain the guest card either from your host or at the Tourism Service. Your personal guest card (spa card) grants you free beach access, free and discounted children’s and family activities, discounted parking, and much more. The current weekly program is available at the Tourism Service office. We hope you enjoy the wide range of activities on offer.
