The ground-floor apartments feature a terrace and a small garden, while the upper-floor apartments have a balcony or a sunroom. The apartments in Building An are set back from Strandstraße, making them a peaceful oasis. The apartments in Building B face Strandstraße. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach and its promenade are just 300 meters away. The complex provides one parking space on the premises for each apartment, as well as basement rooms for doing laundry and storing bicycles.
