You are part of the Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community, which means community amenities are available during your stay, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season and an on-site golf, and a fitness center. You will also have access to an extra freezer located in the garage area. In addition, you will enjoy a prime location within walking distance of the beach and fantastic attractions, including Skydive South Texas/Mustang Island Skydiving, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, I. B. Magee Beach Park, downtown Port Aransas, Dolphin Dock Inc., and Port Aransas fishing pier. Restaurants and convenience stores abound nearby as well. Enjoy a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and well-appointed kitchen. There is nothing like returning home from the beach, the pool, or the on-site golf to spread out comfortably on any of the welcoming sofas in the living area. The large TV will keep you entertained during your stay! Prepare exquisite homemade meals in the modern and well-appointed kitchen, with high-end stainless steel appliances that make cooking a breeze. When mealtime comes, you can enjoy your feast at the gorgeous dining area - there is extra seating at the sparkling island. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, a gas grill, and central air-conditioning.
