You’re only about 500 m from the fine sandy beach, and the pier is just about 650 m away. The idyllic coastal forest begins right behind the house, inviting you to explore. 

The partially covered terrace, which opens directly onto the living area, is the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast in the sun, cozy summer evenings with a glass of wine, or simply to unwind and feel at ease. 

A free parking space for your car is available right in front of the property. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. You can bring your own linens, as well as a crib or high chair, if desired, or rent them for a fee. The double bed in the bedroom has an H3-firmness mattress and is 160 cm wide.

The lively center of Zinnowitz, with its restaurants and small shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away. Take advantage of the well-developed network of bike paths to explore the beautiful island of Usedom—you’ll find bike rentals practically everywhere!

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could ask for—here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: plenty of dishes, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric stove with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. 

With free Wi-Fi, you can easily check your emails or browse the internet. A modern smart TV provides entertainment. 

The bedroom features a double bed (160x200) with a rustic frame and an H3-firmness mattress, inviting you to enjoy restful nights. The convenient bathroom, located right next door, features a shower and a toilet—everything you need for a comfortable stay!
