The detached bungalow, built in 2016, is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of the village. The residence is also popular due to its sunny location. The following are available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, terrace and garden furniture.

Your bungalow consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 78 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the living room with electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your bungalow is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

New highlight for families: right next to the Obernsees holiday village, the new Thermelino Water World is opening – a lovingly designed children’s area with slides, water games and imaginative details. Ideal for children up to approx. 6–8 years, but adults will also enjoy the new outdoor and relaxation area.

Mistelgau-Obernsees, 435 m above sea level. The bungalow is located in a holiday complex, on a open garden plot with meadow and trees. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
