This beautiful holiday house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the west coast near Gothenburg. A perfect vacation spot for those who want to combine beach holiday on the West Coast with city vacations.



Welcome to this spacious holiday home near the ocean, shopping and entertainment. The house is very fresh and consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, open plan kitchen with living room and porch. The house has a large garden with a patio with sun from morning to evening and a great fantastic terrace to the west with sun from morning to late evening. There is also a large balcony facing west.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a toilet, open plan kitchen with dining and living room with sofa and TV, veranda with lovely seating and access to the very large patio. Master bedroom on the 2nd floor is 14 m2 and has a triple bed. The other 2 bedrooms are children's rooms, each with a single bed. It also boasts a large bathroom with a bath and shower and separate toilet room. Also a living room with exit to the balcony. Access to laundry in the basement. The garden has a blooming south side of a north side with fruit trees, berry bushes and play area with swings and slide. Front of the house is a large open lawn.



You live in a quiet residential area near the forest, mountains and wonderful sea views, playgrounds, swimming and shopping. It is just 1 km walk to Fiskebäck bath that has both a small sandy beach for small children and rocks for adults / adolescents. Several beaches are nearby within biking distance. There are several playgrounds within walking distance. 1 km to the grocery store. It is 4 km to Frölunda Torg shopping and entertainment center, World of Golf facility with short course is located about 5km away. In under 10 minutes you are in the center of Gothenburg if you travel by car. Public transportation into town is very good.
