Vacation homes with GDR charm in a quiet location

Our vacation home community is open from May through the end of October and is located on the outskirts of Wendisch Rietz (Scharmützelsee is 1.8 km away) in a very peaceful setting, offering relaxation and activities for all ages. We place special emphasis on being child- and family-friendly, offering, among other things, our own water playground and large sandbox, as well as cribs and playground equipment. There are table tennis tables and a group room that can be rented for events. All of our vacation homes are simply but fully equipped for self-catering. The standard home (40 m²) accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed measuring 190 x 80 cm). Each cottage has its own terrace where you can also barbecue. The various lakes in the area are a 5–10-minute drive away. You can also rent bicycles and rowboats at affordable rates to explore and enjoy the wonderful surroundings with their many natural lakes and forests.

There is one special note regarding reservations: Electricity and heating are billed separately and added to the booking price. This amount is then paid upon departure. For stays of up to 3 nights, we charge €6 per person for bed linens. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linens are included. Please bring your own towels. In addition, the municipality of Wendisch Rietz charges a visitor’s tax for guests aged 16 and older, which must be paid in cash on site.
