A new, comfortable holiday home in Stepnica. Guests have access to a living room, bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and a second additional toilet. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, large, landscaped garden with a pond. Guests also have access to a parking space, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Next to the house is a sauna and jacuzzi, which guests can use on site for an additional fee.

Guests with small dogs are welcome. The owner, who also has a small dog, lives on the same property.

Stepnica is a true paradise for nature lovers, peace and quiet, as well as those who enjoy active recreation both on and off the water. On one side lies the vast forests of the Goleniów Forest, and on the other, the Szczecin Lagoon, perfect for water sports. Tourists can enjoy well-developed swimming areas, dozens of kilometers of hiking and biking trails, marinas and equipment rentals, and above all, exceptionally rich natural beauty. The largest population of white-tailed eagles in Poland and one of the largest in Europe is found here.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation.
