This beautiful two-room apartment is located on the 4th floor and offers a great view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony. The kitchen, equipped with an oven and stove, is integrated into the combined living and dining area. From here, you can also access the southwest-facing balcony. Separated from the living area by a sliding partition, there is a bedroom with a wide single bed (120 cm x 200 cm) and a window facing the balcony. Wake up to a view of the Baltic Sea—what a way to start the day! The second bedroom features a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. The beach is just a few steps away. The parking space on the parking deck is accessible only via a staircase; a side entrance leads to the elevator for ground-level loading and unloading.

The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted for a fee, provided you register in advance.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
