It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, each with a balcony. The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped and therefore ideal for self-catering. You are also welcome to use our very quiet and dreamy garden. In the house there is a sauna, which is available for a fee at any time.

In winter, you have many opportunities for skiing here. The existing134 km of slopes and 52 lifts in the Zugspitzarena leave nothing to be desired ...

In summer you can enjoy our idyllic lakes or hiking in the mountains. The crystal-clear Lake Heiterwanger invites you to go boating, swimming, diving and fishing.
