Le Ranch is in the village of Oupia, where there is a grocery shop with a bread depot near the church square.
Oupia is 2km from Olonzac, where all the shops are located. A supermarket is just outside the village. There is a market in Olonzac on Tuesday mornings.
The lovely sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 30-45 min away and are ideal for children of all ages ((kite-)surfing and sailing lessons, go-karting, etc.).
The impressive Cité in Carcassonne houses Europe's largest medieval city and is a fascinating trip. Of course, there is fantastic nature in the area for the active holidaymaker (excellent mountain biking, cycling, running, hiking, canoeing, etc.)
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner
