Gîte Le Pigeonnier with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

La Moulinasse is a historic farmhouse near Ribérac and Aubeterre. The buildings have been restored into contemporary furnished gîtes while preserving their authentic rural character. Le Pigeonnier is a spacious gîte for 3 guests in a separate building. Inside, you’ll find a living area with open kitchen, dining space, and lounge, a bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet, a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), and a small bedroom with a single bed. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, TV with DVD player (no TV channels), air conditioning on the ground floor, furnished terrace, and barbecue. Bed linen and towels are included. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

La Moulinasse, accessible by a private road, stands amid vast meadows, sparkling water and majestic trees. Here, the peace and splendour of nature reign supreme. The rustic, authentic charm of the estate has been carefully preserved, with its restored historic buildings bearing witness to a past rich in history.



The limestone-paved ground between the buildings contrasts with the lush greenery, inviting you to explore, play football and build huts or dams along the peaceful stream. Quiet spots are also scattered around for reading, sunbathing or taking a dip in the pool (6 x 12m).



To keep the whole family entertained, a small barn at the entrance to the estate offers games such as table football and table hockey, as well as a selection of board games. You'll also find valuable information about the region and possible excursions.



Leisure facilities include a table tennis table, trampoline, playground and petanque area. There is also a covered bicycle shed for those who enjoy cycling.

Dogs are allowed under certain conditions. Please inquire about these conditions with the owner in advance.
