The apartment, accommodating up to five people, is located on the first floor of a Mediterranean villa, newly built in June 2023, featuring a saltwater infinity pool. The owner occupies the ground floor, but does not always use it as his primary residence during the low and mid-seasons. The owner will not infringe upon the privacy of his guests. Access to the apartment is via a separate door after passing through a shared pedestrian gate. Eighteen comfortable steps, divided into two flights of stairs, lead to the 85-square-meter apartment on the first floor. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished for five people. ... The owner will not use the pool with the guests, allowing them to enjoy it undisturbed. Attractions such as the Cava Grande Nature Reserve (15 min.), Pantalica (40 min.), and Vendicari (20 min.) are easily accessible from here. Notes: - A security deposit (€300) is payable in cash (refundable on departure day). - Pool use is permitted from May 1st to October 31st, 2026.
