Within a 100-meter radius of our property, you’ll find restaurants, fast-food joints, and bakeries that serve sandwiches and coffee as early as first thing in the morning. There’s also a gas station (including LPG) and a bicycle repair shop. Should you have any minor ailments, a general practitioner and a dentist are nearby.

In the living area on the first floor to the right, you’ll find a comfortable corner sofa set with sleeping accommodations on a carpeted floor. The comfortable fold-out bed provides sleeping accommodations for a fourth person. The HD satellite TV offers international free-to-air radio and television channels. Wi-Fi is available free of charge upon request. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner stove and oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave. The bedroom features a double bed (180x200m) and a single bed (100x200m), as well as a two-door wardrobe. It has had a large balcony since 2013.
