A very quiet and exceptionally centrally located vacation townhouse in Zingst!
Only about 100 m from the pedestrian zone and just about 350 m from the main beach and pier.
Local amenities (bakery, supermarket, various shops, bike rental, cafés, restaurants, accommodation agency) are located in the immediate vicinity.
Everything is within easy walking distance, usually less than 5 minutes away.
However, the immediate surroundings of the vacation home consist exclusively of residential buildings.
The property is in very good condition with modern furnishings.
Interior design by architects. The vacation home features a living room and 4 additional bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 “French bed,” and 2 sets of 2 twin beds).
Please note, however, that the property is limited to a maximum of 7 guests.
High-quality kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a washing machine available for free use are, of course, included.
The bathroom and guest restroom have been recently renovated.
4 TVs, 1 stereo system, Bluetooth speaker for connecting to cell phones, free Wi-Fi (fiber optic, 1,000 Mbit/s download speed), fireplace, electric awning, outdoor seating,
high chair and children’s (travel) bed available.
Various board games, a book collection, etc., for all age groups are available in the house.
