The vacation apartment is just ten meters from the Baltic Sea, making it an excellent beachfront location. In addition to the beautiful view of the sea, the property is also within walking distance of shops for daily necessities and restaurants. The beach promenade runs right past the apartment.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a vacation home and spans a total of 78 square meters, spread across three rooms that are easily accessible by elevator.
The spacious living/dining room, with an open kitchen leading into the living area, features large windows through which you can enjoy a direct view of the ocean.
The living area consists of a comfortable L-shaped couch, which offers plenty of space for all guests, and a flat-screen TV. The furnishings here are just as modern as in the rest of the house.
The dining area, with a table and four chairs, opens directly into the kitchen. In addition to its contemporary design, the kitchen features numerous amenities. In addition to a dishwasher, you’ll find a stove with an oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There’s also a coffee maker and an espresso machine, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as plenty of dishes and silverware.

Even when the weather is bad, you can still enjoy your stay in this apartment, as it also features a stereo system, a game console with games, and classic board games.
In addition to the living area, both bedrooms in the apartment are also equipped with a TV. The bedrooms feature a double bed and a large closet where you can conveniently store your luggage.

This beautiful vacation complex, built in 2021 and featuring 40 units, is just a few steps from the beach. The units can accommodate 1 to 6 people; all buildings feature an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and a parking space. The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the vacation rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Shopping options and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a thoroughly enjoyable vacation here.
