The small, cozy basement apartment "Koje" in the Vineta building offers plenty of space and comfort for two people. It is located just 400 meters from Hohwacht Beach and is in a very quiet area. It’s not far from a supermarket or a bus stop.

You enter the cozy and lovingly furnished vacation apartment through the small terrace. This leads directly into the living and sleeping area (box-spring bed 180x200), which is right next to the kitchenette. Of course, you can darken the windows if you wish. Here you’ll find great comfort in a compact space.

The combined living and sleeping area invites you to relax with a TV and two armchairs. A dining table that seats two is right next to the open kitchenette, which includes a two-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware.

A separate room with a large closet offers plenty of storage space for your wardrobe.

The spacious bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet rounds out the amenities.

A parking space is available in front of the house. You can also use the Wi-Fi for free in the basement apartment.
