Casa Hugo is a bright, modern vacation home in quiet surroundings in Mayorazgo, near the large Pine Forest. A particular highlight is the private pool with a small waterfall and a covered barbecue area.From the perfect kitchen equipment with modern devices over a large living room with floor-high windows overlooking the sparkling pool to good sized bedrooms with very good mattresses here the owners have thought of everything to ensure pleasant holidays.

On both sides and behind the house is a garden with lawns and fruit trees.
Details:
3 bedrooms: two with a double bed (one 1.35m and the other 1.50m) and a third bedroom with 3 single beds. In the third bedroom there is a second TV, without access to international channels. There is the possibility to add an extra bed for an 8th person (on request - at an additional cost of 10 EUR per day).
2 bathrooms. One with shower and one with bath and shower. The second bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom with the 3 single beds.
Living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace with heater, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, wifi (fibre optic) and air conditioning. The air conditioning has a 3h timer, in this case it can be used for 24h if necessary, but the air has to be reactivated every 3h. From June to September the cost of air conditioning is included in the price. In the other months it can be included with a supplement of 7.50 EUR per day.

Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, blender and all other necessary kitchen utensils.

In the pool area with private pool (4 x 7m), various sunloungers areavailable. Safe parking is available.
The sandy beaches oft he Urb. Roche are reached in about 4 KM. A nice restaurant is only about 800m from the house.

One set of bed linen and one set of towels is added per tenant. It is possible to add a second set for an extra charge per person and set.

They include:
